♥ 2 1/2 of multi purpose flour
♥ 1/2 tea spoon of salt
♥ 2 big spoon (15 gm) cocoa powder
♥ 1/2 cup (113 gm) unsalted butter
♥ 2 1/2 cup (250 gm) sugar
♥ 2 eggs
♥ 1tea spoon of vanilla essence
♥ 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk (if u dont have it u can replace it with 1 cup of fresh milk + 1 spoon of vinegar)
♥ 2 spoon of red color
♥ 1spoon of vinegar
♥ 1 tea spoon of baking soda
♥ Sprinkler (for decorations)
The frosting creme
♥ 250 gm of cream cheese
♥ 1 cup (115 gm) ising sugar
♥ 1 1/2 cup of butter
Procedure
1) sift powdered cocoa dalam satu bekas then kacau
2) Dalam bekas lain mix buttermilk dgn perwarna merah tu. Kalau yg guna susu segar tu, campurkan dgn cuka dulu baru campur warna merah.
3) dalam bekas lain, mix kan butter sampai kembang and creamy, then add sugar dan pukul lagi sampai kembang dan sebati. Masukkan vanilla essence, mix. Masukkan telur satu satu. Lepas satu biji telur, mix. then masukkan satu lagi telur dan mix lagi.
4) then masukkan tepung+koko yang dah diayak berselang seli with buttermilk. masukkan tepung, mix.. Sampai habis
5) Bila dah sebati, mix 1 sudu teh baking soda dan 1 sudu teh cuka sampai ada bubbles. Then cepat-cepat masukkan dalam butter yang dah di mix tadi ok! kemudian terus masukkan dalam loyang or dlm bekas cupcake. Itu kalau nk buat mcm cupcake la. Bake 25-30 minutes..
6)once the cake is done, sejukkan dalam refrigerator for a couple of hours. So senang nak dibelah nanti, sebab lepas masak ni, the cake is kind of fragile
7) Then it's all up to you nk belah 2 ke 3 ke 4 ke. each layer tu sapukan cream cheese frosting .
Procedure for frosting creme
1) MUST use electric mixer or otherwise it wont be as u want.Mix cream cheese smpai creamy then masukkan bahan bahan lain. Ikut ukuran. Then mix until dia jadi warna putih. Yums
